GLORIOUSLY PLAYFUL and ENERGETIC

It is interesting how I select Music each day

I just sit back, open myself to silence,

Listening to my Heart

And let the Music come to me.

Today, as I sat, my Heart open to the Flow,

The melody of this Music just came to me

So here it is
