This photo is over 100 years old. Amazing, isn't it? It looks as though it could have been taken yesterday. In the early years of photography, there were processes like autochrome that made color photography possible. Because the process was mechanical, many photographers chose the monochrome processes as it gave them greater artistic control over the process.
