Radio KAOM: "Love Is Still The Answer" by Jason Mraz
MEANINFUL!
Jason Mraz
"Love Is Still The Answer"
(Official Video)
LYRICS
[Verse 1]
"The question is why, why are we here?
To say our hellos and goodbyes, then disappear
This beautiful life, what is it for?
To learn how to master peace or master war?
[Chorus]
There's only one answer that matters
Even if your heart has been shattered
Whatever you want, whatever you are after
Love is still the answer
Love is still the answer
[Post-Chorus]
Love, love, love, love
Love, love, love, love
[Verse 2]
We all make mistakes, no, we're not perfect yet
Maybe God made us all from an accident
And the question that sits on everyone's lips
Is why should we pick ourselves up and start over again?
[Chorus]
There's only one answer that matters
Even if your heart has been shattered
Whatever you want, whatever you are after
Love is still the answer
Love is still the answer
[Post-Chorus]
Love, love, love, love
Love, love, love
[Bridge]
The question I'll ask at the end of my days
Is what did I give and what will I take?
[Chorus]
There's only one (there's only one) answer that matters (answer that matters)
Even if your heart and your dreams have been shattered
Whatever you want, whatever you are after
Love is still the answer
Love is still the answer
[Post-Chorus]
Love, love, love, love
Love, love, love
Love, love, love, love
Love, love, love
[Outro]
Love is still the answer"

MUSIC: "Kia Hora Te Marino" by Christopher Tin
INSPIRATIONAL POWERFUL GLORIOUS
Christopher Tin
"Kia Hora Te Marino"
from the album, Calling All Dawns
Lyrics from Traditional Maori Blessing
(English Translation)
"May peace be widespread,
may the sea glisten like greenstone,
and may the shimmer of light guide you
May peace be widespread,
Be widespread
Now and forever more.
Said of human life.
The sun rises to the zenith, then
declines.
Pull out the centre,
Pull out the centre of the flax plant,
Where will the bellbird sing?
I ask myself
What is the greatest thing in the world?
My answer is,
(All) the people, the people, the people!
The first breath we take.
Bind the entire flesh of our group and
bring it into force like the ax.
Gather, gather and go forward!"

MUSIC: "Proud" by Heather Small
Inspirational!
I love the message of this song
And, also,
I just had to post it because
This is the song referenced
Throughout the TV show, Miranda
It's the song Miranda's friend, Stevie,
Often belts out to inspire Miranda
"What have You done today
To make You feel Proud"

MUSIC: "The Final Game" by Jerry Goldsmith
INSPIRATIONAL!!!!!
When things are dark
Let this music be a light
(not literally of course - you'll wind up bumping into walls and furniture : )
Twice this weekend
I caught the end of the movie, Rudy
It is a true story about Rudy Ruettiger
A boy growing up with a dream
A dream to play football for the University of Notre Dame
He wasn't big enough to play football
He wasn't talented enough to play football
But with sheer will and determination
Against all odds
He actually made his impossible dream come true
In the last game of his senior year
He got to play the last two plays of the game
And - On the last play of the game
He actually sacked the Georgia Tech quarterback
The other players on the team were so happy for him
That they hoisted him up on their shoulders
And carried him off the field
(Something that has not happened since)
It is a most inspirational story and movie
What makes the movie even more inspirational
Is the inspired musical score by
the late, great Jerry Goldsmith
One of the greatest composers of our time
OH!
And both times I watched it
I had tears streaming down my face
LOL
I can't help it
The story along with the music
Bring tears of joy to my eyes
Oh! And by the way -
LISTEN TO THEM FRENCH HORNS!!!!
Jerry sure knew how to compose for 'em

MUSIC: "You Raise Me Up" performed by Josh Groban
Emotional and Inspiring
"Then, I am still and wait here in the silence"
"You Raise Me Up" is a song originally composed by Irish-Norwegian duo Secret Garden. The music was written by Secret Garden's Rolf Løvland and the lyrics by Brendan Graham. The song was written by and for Løvland himself and performed for the very first time at the funeral of Løvland's mother. Here he noted "there's something about the song people are embracing - which becomes emotionally strong... I believe people think of it as a song they use for their own stuff."
Here beautifully performed by
Josh Groban

MUSIC: "Give A Little Love" by Noah And The Whale
A Dose of Feel Good!
This is a music video about kindness
Watch the ways people are kind to each other
How the ripple effect happens
As people pay it forward
It is my hope that by watching this

And go out and commit some acts of kindness!
