Grab a cup of Coffee or Tea
And spend some time with me

I wish you a beautiful day, my Friend
Let us continue to promote
Peace and Love
and continue to build

I invite you to join me now in this short Metta Prayer
Radiating the energy of peace and love out to all living beings
Take a few deep breaths to clear your mind
And focus on the here and now
This present moment
Now
Breathe in
Filling your being with peace and love
As you begin each line, breathe out slowly
Breathing these thoughts into the world
Reading, thinking, and feeling the words with peace and love
Sending them from your heart
Giving the energy to yourself and to all living beings
Breathe in and repeat the process for each line

Happy Tuesday. I accept your offer to check my balls! You, my friend are the only one who ever offers assistance when I need it. You know I shall return the favor(s) - anytime! Why do I get the feeling we'd be great friends if we lived in near vicinity of one another? Hugs, licks, and strokes, bro - WHK
Thank you, mPhil, for this smile of Logan Hoult from BelAmi Online.

Leo Buscaglia is wrong, the world really is a better place. Better than one century ago. Or two centuries, or three centuries and so on.
Some of the most worthwhile things in life aren’t easy. One of the things I dislike most about “power of positive thinking” is the implication that if you just have the right attitude and the right state of mind, the rest will just fall into place. I think it causes a lot of hurt and disappointment in people who invest their time, their efforts and often their money into these systems and find themselves, one or two or five years down the line, exactly where they were before. “You must not have wanted it badly enough,” the authors of these philosophies seem to be saying. “There must still be something wrong with you.” In fact, there is many things wrong whith theses philosophies.
It's with lots of bisous that I wish you a great day, my darling chéri.
