Comments from YouTube:

"Soaring, sublime mystical music!

"Superb maestro Iván Fische."

"As a conductor myself, I can fully appreciate the genius of Ivan Fischer. He brings out the various voices and nuances in a very unique way. The orchestra responds to his every expression...watching this performance should be worth college credits in a conducting class."

"the most beautiful interpretation of the 7th symphony!, it's like listening to it for the first time."

"I hear a few instruments I've never heard on other recordings."

"Have heard dozens of performances of the 7th. This is one of the best, IMO. A lot is attributable to the recordists, invisible, yet how they place microphones and mix the sound is crucial to the impact."

"Credit to the sound engineers for bringing out all the nuances of this magnificent orchestra - The audio quality is superb!"
